FAQs

  • How do I sign-up? Easy. Once you've completed your transaction at your next visit you'll be asked for your 10 digit phone number to opt-into our Frequent Filler loyalty program. You'll receive an SMS indicating you've been enrolled, the balance of your current FIGS, along with a link to view any applicable rewards.

  • If I'm shopping online, can I still sign-up for the loyalty program? Absolutely! When making a purchase through our online site, customers can also enroll by simply providing their phone number during the checkout process.

  • Do I have to download any apps to participate in your Loyalty Program? No. All we need is a phone number associated with your account. However, to be able to view accrued FIGS and earned rewards/activity you'll need to log into the Cash App or receive a digital receipt with your purchase, which will show your FIG balance.

  • Will I earn the same number of FIGS regardless of how I pay? Yes! You can pay with different credit cards, checks, gift cards or cash, and still earn FIGS towards reward levels by entering the same phone number after each purchase.

  • How do I redeem a reward? Simply present the coupon code sent to your phone by SMS or we can search for the code using your phone number when you're ready to check-out. If shopping online, simply provide your phone number during checkout to apply any accrued awards.

  • Can I use my rewards on any product? Each reward has its own product eligibility outlined above. Please feel free to ask us in store or email (hello@drygoodsrefillery.com) if you have any questions about how your perks can be applied.

  • Can I apply multiple awards on the same transaction? Yes! Multiple rewards of different types can be applied at the same time. For example, you can apply a reward for a percentage, and additionally a reward for a dollar amount on a single sale.

  • Do my FIGS expire? Yes! We want you to use those valuable rewards now that you've earned them. FIGS expire 6 months after they are accrued. The first FIGS used for a reward will always be the ones that expire first.

  • Is there a limit to how much I can redeem for my 25% off refills or 20% off purchase? When using the 1200 FIGS, you will be limited to a savings of up to $100 off when redeeming 20% off your purchase.
